In a video that opens our 2021 Spring Fundraising campaign, Tottenham MP, David Lammy, thanks HiT, noting that our work is “more necessary than ever before”.

Serving over one hundred young people across Tottenham and Haringey, Hope in Tottenham’s Mentoring Programme has developed significantly since 2014. Initially connecting young people with local professionals, today’s Mentoring Programme now coaches local people in Solutions Focused Training and networks them with young people looking to work in their industries.

Currently relying on voluntary contributions, the Mentoring Fundraiser hopes to secure the future of the programme. Donations will go towards funding DBS checks, Solutions Focused Training sessions, hiring of safeguarding professionals, and other associated costs with running the programme.

In securing the future of this programme, donations will ensure the continued development of over 100 mentees receiving support in their creative, business, entrepreneurial, academic and legal service endeavours.

Hope in Tottenham Thanks David Lammy for his continued association with HiT which has grown in the last three years since he celebrated the opening of our Trampery office in 2018.
